Good make for a fridge freezer
It’s a good fridge freezer to buy

Poor customer service
Fridge/freezer was delivered reliably enough but there were no instructions on how to reverse the door. After an hour on the phone to AEG (i.e., Electrolux) I was sent a pdf that was 1) nearly impossible to get open and 2) full of sub-IKEA pictograms for what is (to this layperson) a very tough DIY task. The unit allegedly comes with spacers to keep it away from the wall but the instructions for these are woeful. It is also noisy, which is unforgivable. These are first impressions only but the unit could well be on its way back to AEG.

My last one lasted 23 years
Was in the market for a new fridge freezer that was frost free. When I saw this one on Amazon. Order it Thursday night delivered Saturday morning bye two very nice men. I’m thrilled with this one. It’s so much better than the other one no defrosting and easy to keep clean. The fruit and vegetables keep longer. Let’s hope this one lasts as long as the last one. That one was still working bye the way.

Great size
We are really impressed with the fridge. It's really good size. Cooling is amazing compared to our old fridge. Didn't realise how bad our previous fridge before we got this one. Drinks are properly cold now. Highly recommended.
