I purchased a 3 X 5 rug. I was so excited about it. However, it never showed up at my home. I’ve no clue what happened to it, but it was supposed to have been delivered. I waited hoping a neighbor received it by mistake and would bring it to me. But, to no avail. Finally I contacted the seller. VERY KINDLY they offered to send me a replacement. IT QUICKLY ARRIVED! I love it. The design and colors are rich. It’s whimsical, yet serious. I like how the tiger image and colors carry through on my antique Tibetan chest. The rug is very soft. The grippers on the underside are very good. The rug never shifts or wrinkles. No movement at all. No tripping. I haven’t washed it yet. But, when I do I’ll use cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry.I highly recommend this seller and its unique rugs.

I love the design. It'sjust what I wanted in terms of style. It's not particularly durable and the backing isn't like solid rubber. It's thin and more of a mat than a carpet. The backing is non-slip, which is nice. There is no pile to the rug, just a fabric type of surface. I would not try this on an outdoor surface or high-traffic area. Not sure if I would buy again because I can't use it by my entry, which is what I bought it for. But it's cute, so I'll keep it.

One of the biggest examples of a BAIT & SWITCH products that I've ever ordered!!I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE TRYING TO PASS THIS RIDICULOUS PIECE OF JUNK OFF AS A RUG!!I ordered the 2' x 3' for my bathroom. It is NOT A RUG. It is the cheapest painted towel I've even seen in my life fused to cheap plastic backing.I'm furious at the waste of time and energy this product has caused. I should not have to spend the time to repackage it, take it to the UPS store, etc. when what i was sent wasn't even a CLOSE PROXIMITY of what i ordered!

Purchased the small rug with plans to order the largest later for a dorm room. The quality as a rug is very poor, thin, flimsy, and the colors would wear off with one use. The print, pattern, and colors are beautiful, so we decided to use it as a wall tapestry instead of a rug, with lights around it. I wish the quality was better, I would have purchased the largest.

The rug arrived so tightly folded & vacuum packed that it was the size of a single bedding set. It's very cheap, very thin and I certainly wouldn't want it in my kitchen. I really wish I hadn't have bought it. I feel ripped off.
