Works well , icing looks white. I've not used a liquid whitener before. Its good

I used this for white chocolate ganache. It wished effectively to change the yellow colour to a soft cream making it perfect for my son's wedding cake. The consistency of the ganache didn't noticeably change. I seemed to use a fair amount, although there is actually a lot left.

A little pricey but good product.

Bought this to whiten a chocolate ganache and I’m amazed at how good it is!! It didn’t take a lot to whiten and it’s so bright! Much better than Colour Mill (sorry!) and better value for money. It’s a bigger bottle and used much less than I would need from Colour Mill to whiten. So happy to finally find a good whitener! Haven’t tried with buttercream yet but I would imagine it’s just as good as buttercream is less yellow than ganache to start with.

Was quite sceptical about whether this would work but I'm delighted to say it does. Turned cream buttercream into an acceptable white for a blue and white ombre cake. Didn't notice any change to flavour either. There are no instructions on how much to use but I just kept adding till I was happy with the colour.

I initially purchased 1 smaller bottle of this to try, was reasonably happy with the product so purchased a larger bottle. Both arrived fine. On 3rd order it was delivered in a cardboard envelope with no protection at all and the bottle had been broken open. It went everywhere my husband offered to put all the other parcel boxes in the bin and he got it all over his trousers and t shirt, I'm hoping it washes off! Other than this one bad experience which to be fair isn't an actual fault with the product but how it was sent I would buy again with just a hope it arrives in one piece next time. When rhe refund has arrived back in my bank I will order a other one with hope of a safer delivery
