Great product for price. Heats up very fast. Easy to clean and plates are removable and comes with sandwich plates. Very compact and can fit anywhere! Did waffles for the first time, works fast and are dummy proof. The green lights comes on when it’s ready, so never have to worry about burning your food. Highly recommend and would buy again.

This is so much easier to use & clean than ones that don't have removable plates. Plus, it comes with 2 extra sets, so you can use it as a griddle or make sandwiches as well.

Works well but a pain to clean

It melted the cheese and left the bread soggy and limp. Not nearly hot enough to really make a decent grilled cheese.Update: The seller contacted me after reading this review. They offered to refund my order. No strings attached. No need to return the item. I agreed and they followed through very quickly. I had my money back in just a few days. An honest company should always get credit and I wanted readers to know the product may have been bad but the seller made it right without any urging from me. Service like that is appreciated.

This product can be used for anything. I love it and am so happy I decided to get it. Cornbread is one of the many things I have made in it 😊

I already have a large waffle maker-the kind they made in the 1970’s. I also got a smaller waffle maker probably 15 or so years ago. Neither one of these have removable cooking plates like this one does and I really do like that feature! But I wanted one to make sandwiches on so I ordered this product I make a really good sandwich my husband loves in a skillet so I thought I would be able to make it on this machine but it didn’t come out good at all. First of all my sandwich was too thick for this machine to be able to close the handles. It is 2 slices of bread with 1 slice of Swiss cheese and 2 thin slices of ham. My bread isn’t any thicker than the bread in the photos the seller has and their filling is much thicker. So I was disappointed that the cooking plates were so shallow. I don’t know how they were able to cook the sandwiches in their photos.I haven’t tried cooking waffles yet because we eat them very rarely. But if I do make them then I will be happy to be able to wash the cooking plates in the dishwasher. The plates snap in very easily. I am pleased with everything about the product except I do think they misrepresented being able to cook thick sandwiches and that is the only reason I ordered this product.

The media could not be loaded. It was packaged nice and secure in the box. I like that it has removable plates. I also liked the cord warp on the bottom of the maker. I did notice that the plates are somewhat difficult to press into place and I am afraid that the latching piece will break since it is plastic. Also the instructions do not mention anything about the sandwich maker only a for the waffle makers. I saw someone else mention that there is no indicator or noise for when it is ready, but that is typical of small appliances like this. I would recommend an on/off switch for future models. IT did take just about 5 minutes to warm up.I love making Pie iron pizza while camping, so I decided that was the 1st thing I would make. I wasn't sure if I should butter the bread or not, so I only buttered 1 sandwich and not the other. I don't feel that the butter was necessary, but I liked it. My sandwich without butter did not burn. As the photo shows I over filled my sandwich with sauce and cheese but it did not burn. It was easily wiped out and I liked that I was able to pop out the plate to clean underneath it. I would definitely buy, maybe as a wedding or housewarming gift.

This is a waffle iron with twice the cooking surface as most others. It also has removable plates to make paninis or grilled cheeses, and can make all of them just as easily.A waffle iron is one of those very versatile and essential things that I always recommend for every kitchen. You can pour raw egg mixture into here or you could even throw steak into it, and it can cook virtually anything. I am using it to make Belgian waffles from scratch and it is fast, non-stick, and hot enough to give a crispy exterior to the waffles. Normally I'm stuck doing one waffle at a time, but this product simply expanded its cooking surface and gave you two sets of waffle plates so you can make two at a time now.Overall this product does its very simple job effectively, and has already replaced the one piece waffle iron that I bought at Walmart a long time ago. I will be moving on to experimenting with hot sandwiches and perhaps chaffles as I become more familiar with this waffle iron.
