Great no frills soap. Great for sensitive skin bt as per all foaming soap it is a little drying, though less than most. Scent free.

no non sense soap base, works even without any scent added to the mix. It's a bit thin and takes some getting used to, but it cleans and doesn't damage the skin. So far, we're happy with it.

The short answer is I'd recommend this shampoo.... The longer answer is yes I recommend it, I'd probably give it a 3.5 stars which some might say is harsh!! I'm used to making aromatherapy shampoos that I used to sell, the manufacturer of the base was excellent although I it wasn't all Natural but was superb, this is certainly good, I'm no chemist so couldn't swear to it being Natural, but it does leave the skin and hair feeling extremely dry, that doesn't last. My scalp isn't affected as it is with other shampoos which is mainly what I was hoping for. So I'm still using my essential oil recipe, even though I thought the shampoo seemed thin it takes the oils without it being a problem. I will certainly be using this shampoo for the foreseeable future....
