They do work. But it is a very cheap and poorly made set. You would do better to spend a little more to get a better set of cups.

I love these at first hated them because the pump isn't as strong as the professional one but I gave it away to crossfit bought the blue expensive one and horrible painful the pump works better but I had no pain relief with the professional 35 brand in blue because the plastic was just too thick so I bought this again. You just have to pump harder and they come off easier btw because the plastic is softer but for pain relief and muscle knots it really works just don't get carried away pumping because you will bleed. The other ones stick and stay but no knot breaking no relief and uncomfortable annoying I threw it out then after buy yourself massage gun and or cheap long 35 bucks one to massage over to calm down the red and finish breaking knots but this one does work for pain.
