Heavy duty! Gets the job done well

I ordered this broom to sweep my long asphalt driveway which is very rough. I had no trouble putting it together. And the handle’s 4 pieces seemed to be high quality and all screwed in very tightly making a strong metal handle. But as you work all the pieces it keep coming loose and while it still works it doesn’t feel solid when the handle can rotate while you’re trying to work . I feel like it needs to lock in place to not have to constantly keep tightening every 5 mins. Really frustrating for me but I’m a bit of a perfectionist. My other issue which was more of a functional problem was that the bristles were so stiff it made it hard to sweep because they had practically no give to them. Therefore when you have a very rough surface like my driveway it just sort of skips over the surface and doesn’t sweep unless you push really hard and you just can’t keep that up for more than a few sweeps before your wrist starts to ache (I’m an average shape 35 yr old man). sent it back and got a different push broom that was cheaper, had one piece handle, and had softer bristles (very happy with that one).

These are cheap and have a cheap feel to them. They do work and will get a small job done. They can brush leaves and even snow. But they are only competent, not excellent.

I have used this heavily. I am going to buy another one. The weight is good. It fits together nicely. The broom head has good bristles and you can store it assembled or break it down for tighter storage areas. My broom is plenty sturdy. I’m tough on tools and this has withstood acid washes, dirt, dust, gravel, landscape trimmings and being tossed on all types of surfaces.

Unfortunately, the product broke the next day after I started using it. The weight was fine and not too heavy, and the length was comfortable to use. However, it did not last as expected. Maybe I received a defective one.

I needed an outdoor broom for the garage to sweep out the snow and slush. This broom get's the job done.

Very good quality broom. Comfortable, solid and sturdy; perfect for brushing away Douglas Fir needles!

The handle comes apart and is still a lot sturdier then I thought it would be works well so it’s a good buy

Excellent quality and very sturdy. I specifically purchased it for spreading polymeric sand between pavers. Very happy with the results and would recommend it for a variety of outdoor projects.
