Seat needs more cushion but other than that, it's great
I have bad knees and a bad back, so I ordered this to help me out when weeding in the flower beds. Easy enough to adjust the seat height. Wheels are nice and allow the cart to be easily pulled over the terrain in the yard. Our yard is sloped and not flat like a golf course, so it's nice. Easy enough to pull behind as you walk. Might be a bit heavy for someone who is older. Very sturdy and felt secure. The handle does get in the way when seated. I have to lay the handle out flat away from me. It cannot be leaned up against the cart while seated as it will hit you and you cannot maneuver. My husband put it together for me, so I cannot attest to the assembly process.

It looks pleasant to the eye, but..
It was easy to set up, the drawings did not make much sense. After assembly, took it for a test drive;. The cart is not stable, don’t even try to work while seat on a slope. With the instability while seated it’s very pronounced. Older people with instability issues need to be very careful.

Great little sit and garden helper
Storage is a little awkward, but I love being off my knees.

Too heavy!
Beautiful piece of equipment, but very heavy to lift without help. Disappointing. :(

INSTRUCTIONS ARE RIDICULOUS!!
I am no stranger to assembling projects, so this garden wagon should have been a fairly quick construct. This was definitely a two-person job as the nuts need to be held in place while the screws are tightened. With help, it took me 1 1/2 hours to assemble this wagon! The "instruction" booklet for this item is ridiculous! There is no mention of necessary tools to put this wagon together, but you will definitely need a crescent wrench and screwdriver as well as a pair of pliers to afix the cotter pins on the wheels. If you have trouble following picture instructions, I would avoid this product at all costs! The assembly photographs are very hard to follow. Additionally, my kit was missing one of the bolts, however, I was lucky to have found one of my own. After I finally finished assembling the wagon and tried it out, I was pleased with the seat cushioning and back rest. I have trouble with my knees, so kneeling on the ground and getting back up on my feet while gardening can be painful. This wagon will give me a comfortable place to rest my back while I am weeding or planting in my garden. I like the swivel seat that can be adjusted to different heights as needed. The wagon is fairly heavy, but the extending pull handle and large wheels make it easy to maneuver around. I like the bright red color as well as the extra basket and tray for carrying things. The backrest has a place for storing tools so they aren't lost while working.Overall, I think this was a good purchase, but my biggest problem and reason for the 3-star review was with the assembly process/instructions and missing bolts. I would recommend this product, otherwise, with a warning to those who are not mechanically-inclined or have trouble following photo directions to be cautious when purchasing. You should have some building no-how.
