Hi there, it does come with a complete charging base with power cord.

If not using the vacuum for two months, should I leave it charging or unplug it?

When the vacuum is fully charged on the base, it will then automatically shut off the charging process and stay off completely. It is okay to leave it on the base.

Where exactly do you attach the brush when not using the vacuum?

Hi there, as you may see in the main picture, the multifunction brush accessory has its own slot on the charging base. So when you are not using it, simply attach it to the charging base for storage, and you will never have to wonder where it is. Happy New Year!
