A Party for Brobee! (Yo Gabba Gabba!) Board book – July 6, 2010

Our Granddaughter is now 1 1/2 and has been watching Yo Gabba Gabba for the past year. I could not believe how early and quickly she tuned in to this program and how much she has learned and continues to learn. She sings and dances along during the show but the lessons stick with her. She has learned to shake off small hurts like falling when she runs to fast without tears . She just shakes, shakes, shakes it off. She learned about germs so we just have to remind her about the dirty, icky germs that will make her sick so she stops and does not put everything in her mouth.She loves Brobee and this book was very helpful with sad and happy. She like open the flaps and see Brobee change from a sad face when he thinks his friends forgot his birthday to a happy face and to talk about it. We have and continue to purchase all the Yo Gabba Gabba books, DVD'S and other products and highly recommend them.

I got this book for my niece who was originally going to have a Yo Gabba Gabba! themed birthday party, but changed her min and decided she wanted to have a Justin Bieber Party. I bought this book in case she changed her mind back again. The book is cute and I'm sure she would love it if she were turning four-years-old, but she is going to be five and I don't think this book would be appropriate for her. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think she would be happier if she got this book on her fourth birthday rather than on her fifth. I would recommend this book for four-years-old children and/or younger.

This is a well made lift-the-flap board book that my kids (3 and 4 years old) absolutely love. It's got Brobee and the other Yo Gabba Gabba characters, it's well illustrated, the flaps don't tear easily, and the words are big (handy for pointing at words and sounding them out with the kids). Since it's about a birthday party it makes a fun birthday gift. It's short but fun. I can easily recommend it to anyone with little Yo Gabba Gabba fans.

My kiddo is a huge fan of YGG and Brobee, so we gave this to him for his 2nd birthday and he LOVES it. We don't read the entire text, but he's great at summarizing for himself what is going on on each page and lifting the flaps. It follows the episode pretty much exactly so any kid familiar with that will know what's up with this book immediately.

So much fun. The twist ending is great. I thought everyone forgot about brobees birthday. I should have known better.

My daughter adores Yo Gabba Gabba and books, so this is perfect. It's a good size for little ones to carry around with them. My daughter brings this book to me several times a day to read to her. She chooses this book over her 30 some other books, regularly.

My two year old loves this book. It is a favorite of many! Colorful and sturdy. Will be a part of our collection for years to come.

My grandson Nolan loves Yo Gabba Gabba!! I purchased this book for his 1st birthday along with some other Yo Gabba Gabba items. He loved this book and has played and turned each page pulling our the boards on each page. A true hit!!
