These shoes are not compatible for someone with a high instep.
The shoes felt great once I got them on my feet. The instep is very small. Had lots of issues even using a shoehorn. Was very difficult getting my feet into the shoes. Once I got my feet in the shoes they were very comfortable. The shoe style was not compatible with my feet. So ordered a different style.

Most comfortable shoe
These are the most comfortable shoes ever made! Even more so than just the regular hey dudes. Can walk around all day and not feel a difference. My husband loves them and uses them for his work shoes now also

Very comfortable, breathable
Very comfortable. On my feet a bunch every day and walking on different soils and fluids with my job. They seem to be holding up nice. Super comfortable to stand or walk in these shoes. Only thing I wish is I got a 10 opposed to size 11. If you are a half size, go with the lowest number because rounding up will be a bit bigger than you expect. But that’s my fault not the shoes. Will be buying another pair when these wear out.
