Great for anyone cutting out sugar from the diet, prefer it over stevia but it can leave a cool taste in the mouth till you get used to it. Good value for money as it is very expensive in the health food shops.

This is a great product. I use it often as I have issues with tooth decay and don’t want to use sugar. It’s a tad less sweet than regular sugar but I don’t consider this a problem at all. Unfortunately it’s not the most economical sugar substitute but I’ll still be buying it in the future as I’m really happy with it.

Bought as alternative to Canderel etc. Experimenting with just how much I require to sweeten. Too little, and you have to add more obviously. Too much and the taste is not just too sweet but tastes odd. Still experimenting but feel , from personal taste , I will be reverting to known brands

Exactly like before. Hubby doesn’t like it as it has cool after taste ...he’d rather have nasty tasting bitter saccharine He didn’t even try it in coffee he just ruled it out I was hoping he’d try as he has diabetes Erythritol,has no effect on glucose or insulin levels. This makes it a safe sugar substitute if you have diabetes. Remember tho everything in moderation. If you're sensitive to sugar alcohols, you shouldn't eat erythritol. Keep in mind that having diabetes doesn't mean that you have to avoid sugar entirely. It tastes like sugar but not as sweet, which for me is a bonus when baking I like it. This is my second lot Stevia is also like that but I hate the taste

Excellent sugar substitute. Not quite as sweet as sugar, so you may need a little more in baking. Useless for yeast baking of course, because it's not sugar and yeast doesn't react with it. I'm pre-diabetic and this has enabled me to carry on baking cakes. Gonna try the powder for meringue next.

It's Erythritol, it does what erythritol does, which is to sweeten without an aftertaste or any calories. I personally have to be a bit careful of how much i have at once because it upsets my stomach if i have more than a couple of spoonsful at a time, but that might not be the case for everyone. I get round it by mixing it with stevia which adds a lot of sweetness without bulk - i does have an aftertaste, but the combination of the two minimizes that, and it's much cheaper to mix the two myself than to buy one of the commercial mixes of stevia and erythritol . I will buy this again as long as the price remains good .

Very good for baking and add to hot drinks or cold. Have added to cocktails (caipirinha) which requires lots of sugar and it tastes really good. No complaints. Good substitute for your regular sweetener.
