At first my barbie came in poor condition but the next one (replacement) came in mint condition. Then I ordered another one that came in a polybag and I feared it would be in bad condition but it's in perfect conspiring condition. I love it! Beautiful! I am a Barbie collector . Loved the move so just had to order her. Got her to go with my Ken from the movie . She was a good price . I was going to gift her for a shower gift for her first babies. But thought I’m going to keep her great price on amazon. Other stores were expecting

This is supposed to be a collectible item. The box was damaged and smudged and scratches all over the front. Not worth the cost at all.Update: the replacement was perfect. I’ve updated the stars to reflect the outcome.
