4.5 I really like this. I know there is another brand that people love but I like these so much better. They taste good and after a while they do stick together but I didn’t have any issues pulling them apart. These new vegan gummy’s take a little adjustment to eating them. After a while it’s fine and you don’t notice anymore. I do worry about the blue color but i haven’t done the research on the colors that i should. It might be nice if they had no artificial coloring if that is the case here. I feel like these are working the way they say. My nails and hair seemed to be growing long and seems healthy. You should give these a shot.

These gummies are tasty and soft, so they're easy to chew. For the health benefits, I'll update as I see (or don't see) results: Hair - haven't noticed my hair growing quicker, but I don't shed as much as I used too. Nails - my nails feel stronger, and don't break as easily. Skin - haven't noticed any change. Sleep - I used to be lucky if I got 4 or 5hrs of sleep each night, but I've been getting 7 to 8hrs since starting to eat these. I haven't changed anything else in my diet or routine, so I'd say that these improved my sleep quality. hEDS - I mainly got these to hopefully help my tendons/ligaments/joints, so for my fellow hEDS warriors, I shall update if I notice any changes!

I was losing a lot of hair. Started taking these when I got so desperate that I was getting ready to get a wig. My hair stopped falling out! I can brush super hard and even then nothing happens! Thank you!!!

Giving it 3 stars for now because I just started it and of course don’t have any results yet. Besides that, the taste is great, I had to get gummy’s because if it was capsules or something, I wouldn’t take them, they would just be sitting there getting old, I had to switch all my vitamins to Gummies so I can enjoy taking them. These are absolutely delicious, I had to stop myself after I ate too because I would have ate the whole thing lol besides that it has pretty good ingredients, flavor is blueberry, it has hydrolyzed collagen all five types. Biotin, keratin, hyaluronic acid, coconut oil, etc. let’s just hope that I get results. My hair has been falling out due to PCOS, and my skin has been looking pretty bad so so I will keep you updated once I see results I will change my review.

Excellent results! this is the only thing I can tell you I absolutely love and seen results within 2 months, it was before I knew it I realized that I wasnt losing hair anymore and it had grown like never before!
