Surprisingly this brace actually works great! I wore it on a day that I'm pretty busy and usually need to take something for pain. With this brace on I did not have any pain in my back nor leg. There was a little irritation on the back on my calf where the disc was....but I'll take that over pain any day!! Worth a try for the price. I need a second one on hand. I even got an email from the seller! That's great customer service!!

You've seen the tv commercials for these type things. There are a hundred makers of this same type product. Well I'm here to tell you that if you have REAL sciatica, these don't do anything. My doctor laughed when I eventually broke down and visited her for the pain. She said that there is no way that is inhibiting the nerve impulses. Well rest, baclofen and a steroid was the answer.Don't waste your money

Right out of the box I was confused about the best way to wear this because the pictures in the packaging seem to vary (not the best pics) and the instructions said nothing about where to place to pad. I experimented a bit and turned to YouTube for reviews and eventually found a placement that caused the numbness in my leg to lessen. My walking immediately improved, which is major for me because my sciatica has almost become debilitating. When I took the wrap off, all of my symptoms returned. So, I’m taking one star for poor instructions but I’m giving four stars for effectiveness. Not factoring in to my rating is a design that could be streamlined. I cut the elastics off because they just flopped around and were ugly. I couldn’t see that they had any function. The wrap is also wider than it needs to be, I’m sure because they were accommodating the elastics. They could slim it down quite a bit to make it more comfortable and more invisible under clothes while retaining function.

I was desperate for relief for my latest bout of sciatica as my masseuse was on vacation. I’d seen the TV ads for a similar product and bought this one. I wore it as directed for three days, occasional adjusting the contact point, but was still in agony by the time my masseuse returned and could finally give me relief.The product is well made, although the upper and lower elastic straps have no apparent function as they require you to slip your foot through them to put it on, but then just hang uselessly loose. I cut them off so I could just strap it on directly with the wide velcro strap.

My wife has sciatic pain and was very skeptical about this product. I bought it anyways and the first time she tried it she couldn't believe how well it works! Her pain was instantly gone. We even walked around the mall for an hour, and still no pain. She even recommended it to her dad, who suffers from severe sciatic pain. His review to come later.Long story short, if you have sciatic pain, but this produce, you won't regret it.

LOVE how easy it was to put on - either over or under your pant leg! I had been suffering for weeks, ordered the brace and put it on the next day to wear at work - it made life so much better! I only wear it half a day every other day and I’m feeling great! I’m ready to order one for my husband too!

This provided no relief on my sciatica.

The product is useless for Sciatica relief. Directions vs. photos are meaningless, zero relief of sciatica symptoms, wrestling with product and trying to get it in some sort of position to work actually makes sciatica pain worsen.
