The 5 star is for customer service. The battery malfunctioned about 7 months after purchase. My home security alarm panel was showing low battery warnings. I reached out to the seller and confirmed that it was still under warranty. The seller promptly responded and sent out a replacement battery. Very impressed with the seller!

This battery works great! I purchased a little red sports car at a Goodwill for $12.50. The price of the car was so inexpensive bc the car would not run without a battery. Installed this battery and it has provided so much fun for these special littles, not to mention the adults who join in on the fun. Once these littles outgrow the use of this car, I can sell it for a profit. Win Win! ♥️♥️ Besides this tiny sports car looks adorable parked in my garage!

Battery arrived not fully charged at 12.6 V. After charging it seemed to keep 13V.

I purchased this battery to replace one I had that quit working. This item arrived exactly as described in the description. It has worked in a ride-on Jeep since my purchase and has given hours of entertainment for my child. I would purchase again.

Was wonderful for almost 5 months, now low :( we use it for our Vivint, it keeps our panel nice and bright, but now back to being dark again 😔 luckily it's only $20

Funcionó muy bien y es de las más económicas. Se lo coloqué a un No Break de marca reconocida. Y hasta ahora si ha aguantado los bajones de luz. Desconozco cuanto tiempo aguanta puesto que no lo he usado al limite. Tengo conectado varias cosas pequeñas como PC, modem, telefono, bocinas, etc...

Arrivée comme prévu et elle fonctionne bien dans mon système d'alarme.

Yo tenía mis dudas dado su bajo precio, pero la verdad, le daré la oportunidad a esta marca, de entrada funcionaron muy bien, mi no-break volvió a funcionar como nuevo desde que las instalé, y sólo espero que sí duren más de un año, pero si no duran más, al menos son mucho más económicas que las que compraba de 9Ah y costaban casi 1,000 pesos cada una. Agregado en Mayo 2024: Sin duda me salieron buenas, mis no-break funcionan a la perfección, estas baterías hacen su trabajo y no decepcionan. Estoy por comprar otras 4 para "revivir" otros dos no-break que tenía arrumbados, pero ahora con tantos apagones se han vuelto indispensables. Si las recomiendo.

I purchased 4 of these for my 2 APC UPS’s in August of 2024. I had to ship 2 back for exchange as they would not charge. Replacements arrived quickly from seller. However in the end after mix and match out of the 4 two were good and 2 seemed marginal, but I kept them because of return inconvenience. The 2 good ones are still giving me a run time of 150 minutes for my router, ISP equipment, and security cameras. Verified by recent extended power outage and UPS feature. They are great. The marginal ones now after 10 months have no reserve capacity, and never were very good, even though showing full charge. They actually fully failed a couple months ago but only now am I trying to have replacement covered by 1 year warranty. With previous batteries, before failing, the attached equipment had 15 minutes of run time when on and 45 minutes when in standby. I should have returned the marginal ones…..along with the others. I have since contacted the vendor using the supplied Amazon support link to replace the two batteries still within the 1 year warranty period. I was discouraged after not receiving a reply in a reasonable amount of time, but when I checked my junk, sure enough there was a reply that arrived within 2 days. I replied and showed proof of failure. The good news is that replacements have now arrived. Batteries can be difficult, but Mighty Max made things right.
