Decent. But their Boswellia + Turmeric blend works better for pain relief, effectiveness, etc.

This is marvelous and I can actually feel when it's doing the job of easing joint and inflammation pain. This is just me and every body is different. Customer service was great.

I don't know if these improve my health like they claim, but my Dr told me she wanted me to take them. I trust this brand and get most of my supplements from them. It was one of just a handful of brands my Dr. said to stick with. They are one of the most economical from her brand list.
