This works well. I am able to wrap my whole knee vs moving the ice from area to area. Good quality. Stays cold for a good while. Stays in place. It's bulky and takes up room in the freezer, don't have space to leave it in there all the time like I can with a smaller icepack.

This wrap is flexible enough to conform to the shape of the knee and provides 20 to 30 minutes of cold. I have bought other products that are more massive that don't conform to the shape of your knee. Definitely recommend this product.

This covers my shoulder so much better than regular flat rectangle ice packs! Using it for frozen shoulder / torn rotator cuff injury.Stays cold for a very long time!It’s incredibly challenging to put in on and get the straps where they need to be to keep it in place. I can’t really wiggle my way into this contraption on my own when I’m in pain. I need another set of hands to help me get the straps in place.

The gel pack has really strong velcro that can be adjusted to any position. The cooling lasts a long time and it's nice to have a fuzzy side and a smooth side for comfort. It's also very sturdy and has double seals to prevent leaks around the edges.

Big and fits around my big leg. Life saver after surgery!

It's ok just does not stay cold for long time had to order other one for what I need it for.
