Thus is the genuine article and it was needed really badly as none of the shops stock it and the usual wait for a delivery is a week. It was so easy to fix the leaking toilet, literally two minutes job. Great stuff!

Easy to fit by DIYer. Replaced an original after 10 years use and this looks like it will last as long.

Had an overflowing cistern which continued get larger volumes of water leaking in toilet. This fixed the problem immediately

Bought this as my cistern kept over-filling, and consequently the water was overflowing into the pan.Took less than 2 minutes to fit - very easy. I expected to have to remove the entire filler assembly from the cistern housing, but there was plenty of space to replace the diaphragm in situ.All fixed and working perfectly :-)

5 stars for the convenience of being able to buy this on prime. As for the design, longevity and function, not too impressed but then if you need to replace this for an existing system what are you going to do. Solved a leaking faucet issue.

Arrived on time and fitted it within 10mins and I’m rubbish at DIY but with a little help from YouTube video but the product appear to be a good quality. I’m glad to say the problem was solved.
