Can't wait to read it full...
I just started this book—only the introduction and a bit of the first chapter—and I’m already hooked! It’s so fun to read, it feels like chatting with your best friend. I’ll definitely update this review after finishing it (if Amazon lets me!). Funny thing is, I was searching for another book when I randomly stumbled across this gem, and I’m so glad I bought it. Right now, I’m on a healing journey—working through childhood traumas and processing a recent rejection. Honestly, I’ve realized I loved too much and too intensely, and a lot of the pain I’m feeling might be self-inflicted. All my friends tell me I’m the kindest and most loving person they know, and I’m starting to believe I deserve to show myself the same warmth I give to others. This book is amazing. It will teach you everything. It teaches you how to breathe,to sleep,to move,to work,to play,to meditate,to understand,to see,to love, and to live. I recommend this book to you if you really want to get your life together. 🌻

Practical sound advice. Of course it’s not for everyone. But unlike a previous review that said it’s not for everyone - the author clearly states a number of times this is not a one size fits all approach. Five stars from me 👍

I love this book! From the moment I read the title I knew this was a book for me. This is not your typical self help book but instead a system on analyzing your emotions and how to react to them. What I loved about this book is that it asked a lot of provoking questions that were highly insightful. This book makes you take action and challenges yourself to overcome the obstacles and thoughts you may encounter through life. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting a better outlook on themselves or in life. It also explains why we feel certain negative emotions at times which is amazing because sometimes it's hard to figure out WHY we are feeling the way we are. If you haven't already GO GET THIS BOOK! It will truly change your world!

This is an amazing book and one that I want to read again. The chapters about dealing with physical anxiety issues really helped me with long Covid troubles. But it was the chapter on love that really set me back on my heels and gave long pause for thought. Thanks, Nate, for your courage to write so introspectively and personally - I am amazed in the shift of my viewpoint towards my relationships with others.
