I was pretty skeptical about this Shiatsu Massage Cushion with Heat, expecting it to feel cheap or underwhelming for the price, but it has genuinely impressed me. The rollers work wonders on tense back muscles, moving up and down with adjustable intensity that really targets knots and provides solid pain relief. The heat function is a nice bonus – it warms up quickly and soothes without getting too hot. It’s portable making it perfect for home, work, or even travel use. I’m curious about long-term durability – motors in these can wear out over time. So far, though, it’s performing great and feels like a steal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable at-home relief!

Great massager for the price. It gives good back relief and has decent power to it. I haven’t used the heat yet, I’m always hot. I like the ability to have it focus on my whole back, upper or lower. I also like the speed range. I’m 5’4” and I feel it covers my entire back well.

I looked at a number of different massaging mats/cushions. Upon receiving it, at first blush I was very pleased with the quality of construction. I didn't know what to expect for sure, but this is a well-put-together piece of equipment. To be clear, while I think this would work amazingly well in a car (and it does come with a car adapter), that is not why I purchased it. I bought this to use on my couch at home, as I suffer from back and leg pain and a good massaging mat is something I've been wanting for a while. This isn't a flimsy mat. It has a pronounced, sturdy, lumbar support for the lower back. The mat is memory foam, and it supports very well. The massage it delivers is very good. It has five different modes (pulsate, tapping, rolling, auto, and kneading). I prefer the rolling feature where it works its way from the top of the cushion, and then it activates progressively downward to the thighs. Then it starts the cycle over again at the top. It is incredibly relaxing. the product also comes with instructions for activating the 2 year warranty. I sent an email and had a response inn less than an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. The only information they required was my order ID# from Amazon. Another reason I like the product is because over time some couches (mine at least) tend to sink in a little bit as time goes on and you repeatedly sit on it. This mat compensates for that and I just feel more supported and comfortable on my couch now. I considered another model of the same brand that includes shiatsu massage. the reason I chose not to go with that particular model is because I intend to leave this cushion on my couch at all times when I'm sitting on it. I think the shiatsu cushion would feel amazing, but the balls embedded in the cushion would be obtrusive and uncomfortable when I just want to sit without using the massage feature. For that reason, I like this model that uses vibrating massage and feels comfortable at all times when I'm sitting - whether I've got it turned on or not. That's a decision each person will need to make for themselves when considering the type of cushion to purchase. It all depends on your intended use. That said, I've been extremely impressed so far with the quality of the product and their responsive customer service when activating my warranty. Not only are they timely, but they are friendly as well. It doesn't feel like a detached, auto-generated email that we all have received at one time or another. This is a great value and I can easily recommend it with 5 stars. I would not change my decision to purchase it one bit. I expect others who make this purchase will be glad they did as well. It exceeds my expectations.

I bought this massager almost a year ago and I love it. It gets the job done and feels great; I have a lot of back issues and pain, and this helps to keep that pain from getting worse and worse like it usually does when I use it often. The first one did break; one of the massage balls tore through the fabric, but that’s probably because of user error. However, I contacted customer support on their website and they sent a replacement out to me right away. It was seamless and I’m thankful for their timing as I didn’t want to go too long without massaging my back. I think I got the replacement within 3 business days. The first one lasted me almost a year, and if it hadn’t of been for the ball tearing through the fabric part (there is a padded covering that ensured my safety so I wasn’t harmed!) I’m sure it would have lasted for a good while longer too; it’s really good quality for this price point. The noise level is amazing; practically no noise unless you’re using the vibration setting, and even then it’s minimal. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a decent massager and doesn’t want to break the bank. You can control where there massage balls go (higher or lower), and you can keep them in a certain spot as well. There is also a really nice heat option that just adds a bit more relaxation; using that during the cold months was great and kept me toasty!

I have a herniated disc in my lower lumbar and scoliosis. I have been really unbothered by both issues until moving recently and now I have constant soreness. I have tried PT and stretching and I still was looking for more relief so I tried the back massager and I am really happy I did. It goes from my upper shoulders all the way to my lower back. It has heat which I use and it has a timer. It plugs into the wall and is pretty straightforward on how to use it. I like that you can select a certain area to massage and it has a “spot” feature and you can move an arrow up and down to determine the exact spot you want to massage. It also has vibration which is not exactly for me but some people might like this feature. I researched this for quite awhile and I would highly recommend this heat massage chair pad!

Fantastic massage pillow, bought online because I couldn't get in to see my massage therapist quickly (dang covid). It arrived quickly, no weird smells from foam cushioning, heat works and easy to switch on/off. Gives a good, fairly deep kneading motion to neck and shoulders and got me some relief from the tension. Overall a great purchase to help deal with minor aches.
