I’ve been taking them for about 6 months and find them really good. My stomach problem has been so much better.

I've been trying pre and probiotics for a while now and although the difference in my gut health was initially hard to tell, once I stopped taking them for a few days (I ran out) it was easy to tell the difference and I rushed to get them delivered again. I swear by these now. No more bloating and digestive discomfort, less unpleasant side effects after eating, and I seem to have gotten over a food sensitivity that had plagued me for years after a few months of using these. To call them a god-send might be pushing it slightly but they're definitely making a positive difference! Good quality ingredients, manufactured in the UK and definitely recommended by me!

As someone who suffers from UTI’s I bought these. I haven’t had one since. Easy to swallow. No side effects.

After taking these for about 2 weeks, I became very constipated and bloated. So I stopped taking them and it took about a week for the constipation to go away (that's a long time to not go to the toilet!) I did some research and apparently bloating and constipation are common side effects of taking probiotics, so that's something to be aware of if you have a sensitive gut (I don't particularly, but I won't be going back to probiotics that's for sure.) I don't think there are any issues with the quality of this particular product though, in fact, my constipation confirms that there are definitely effective ingredients in these supplements!
