Great value, works well, I enjoy the app also, and I highly recommend.

I really like this product and this is not the fault of the company but believe in transit something happened to the magnet in my machine causing loud noises when it is supposed to be quiet and it’s not. I informed the company and they got to me quickly and worked with me on a solution and I was happy that they were so understanding and willing to work with me 10/10 for customer service for sure. They try their hardest to create a good product. And the machine itself is wonderful. I still love it even though it takes a minute to get passed the noise. But again not the fault of the company fault of shipping.

Update: Company issued full refundHad this for over 2 months. Worked fine for the first one month but since then has started making a loud clicking noise, especially at higher tension levels, making it impossible to work out. Tried all the troubleshooting options but to no avail.. I can't find how to access customer support for the machine.

The machine is definitely worth the money, electronics are easy to use and read, assembly was straightforward.if you have problems they also give you a video link for you to watchOnly issue I had was delivery, it was left at my front gate and looked like it had been kicked it off the truck, the box was beat up. I couldn’t even use a dolly to move it up because the box was so badly destroyed.I cant fault the manufacture for this. their product is great

Great value for the price. 6'3 and love it. Interactive features are amazing!!! My favorite part! Love it adjusts on its own for engaging workouts with the free app!Updated after 60 days as a tall guy: still getting a bad ass workout. Dripping in sweat every time. Best investment I have made. Put mine in the garage for extra sweat intensity IN TEXAS NO LESS!DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS! Especially the interactive apps. You can use the merach app or I personally use the Kino app. It auto adjusting for a workout is all the difference. I just push through to the end without having to thibk about or talk myself into/out of a type of workout.

It's great for those cold and/or rainy days here in southeast Texas and it's ALMOST worth 5 stars. For value, since most was reimbursed by my particular Medicare Advantage plan, a 5. For easy to assemble, a 3. It wasn't bad, but the little socket wrench could be a little tighter and, speaking of tight, I did tighten 1 or the 4 upright's bolts too far and it stripped permanent threads on the upright...but the other 3 should hold. The rubber ring around that cover came pushed in and cut and that took a little work to get it as close to designed as possible. Finally, I've had to retighten the bolts on the arms, once on the one side and twice on the other, which required removing at least the outside half of the "decorative" cover. And I found that leaving that side off for future tightening, if required, creates an obnoxious squeak while operating the machine. Actually, I was relieved it wasn't the flywheel! Range of motion, for 6'1", could be a little longer for my legs...so a 4. Overall, it's a GOOD machine, BUT TAKE YOUR TIME ASSEMBLING IT and looser, especially when it's permanent threads you're tightening, is better. However, if you mess up where there's a generic replaceable nut, you've only got to visit Home Depot!

I was a little reluctant to purchase an elliptical online but I’m happy with my purchase. I was disappointed with the delivery as the driver didn’t deliver on porch as requested. Back to the product itself, it was easy to put together, it’s sturdy and smooth.
