I use a LOT of garlic in low-and-slow BBQ cooking and try to buy as high quality and clean as possible. This garlic is great for the price and has a great scent and flavor. Very happy with this purchase. Word to the wise: store in something like glass. Anything with plastic or rubber seals will retain the strong smell for a LONG time.
