POOR quality
product is not as shown in the picture, both bowl had weight not more than 20 grams each which can be easily crushed bare hands, also had casting defect & i recieved defective piece where desert bowl was already crack. Worst thing is return pickup was not available, i was supposed to courier the item even when I am residing in city area where product was delivered but return pickup was firstly denied.

Order cancellation and refund.
The bowl and spoon quality is worst. Already reported after the first delivery.Today I have got another 1 shipment with the short supply of 4 bowls. Again, the bowls and spoons I got, are of very poor quality.I would like to cancel the order and would appreciate if I can get full refund of the order.Thanks

Material quality not adequate
The material quality of vowels are very very poor in comparison with plate & tumbler. The material quality of plate & tumbler is excellent in all respects.
