The MH-23 designation guided me.
The battery charger for my D5000 camera stopped working. I was having difficulty finding a replacement charger for that camera model, but the old charger was marked as an MH-23, and going by that, I was able to purchase a new charger, which is working excellently. I'm so happy that I can once again use my camera.

Not really a quick charger.
The charger did charge the battery but it took just over 3 hrs to do it. So per my definition it is not a quick charger. None the less, it does work.
