Exceptional Mouse And Customer Service
I play a lot of Survival and RTS games, and this mouse is a godsend. The side-buttons:Toolbar items and control groups no longer need me to awkwardly reach for the middle of my keyboard.I've bound '10' to Control, to better enable 'Bullet Jumping' in one popular game to avoid getting carpel tunnel, and I can happily say my hands are 'average' size, and the buttons are very ergonomically placed. If your Laptop is 14" or smaller, and only has an 80% keyboard devoid of the numberpad on the side, this is a very suitable replacement if you also do a lot on spreadsheets. For aethetic's, I paired this mouse with the White K530-RGB pro keyboard, and I dont miss the number-pad one bit.I *wouldnt* reccomend a mouse with this number of buttons if you arent willing to invest the time it takes to get used to it, but once you do you'll never go back.Comparrisons:I would happily compare it to Razor products and I actually think it comes out on top, Given the Naga used to give me cramp to use, costs three times as much, and doesn't come in white.I also switch between wireless and wired, depending on whether I'm on my work laptop or PC and I cant be bothered to move the dongle each time. Sometimes the wired connection ovverides the wirless.Ladies: I have long nails and occasionally wear falsies - only a handful of times have I ever struggled to use this mouse with them.Customer Service:Im on my second M913 after my last one stopped working, presumably after considerable use. After some basic troubleshooting I sent them my results in a support ticket, and within 24 hours they had issued me a free replacement which works absolutely fine.I have only ever recieved the best customer service from Redragon.

Great mouse for the right person
Great mouse but with issues. Left click isn’t has distinct as the right click so often I’m not clicking hard enough. The shape and size is great your hand sits nicely like it’s made for a hand. The 12 buttons on the side have differing levels of “click “ which is not useful and are rather far back making the rear 4 buttons not useful for intense gaming but very functional for the right application overall a great mouse with some flaws for the right person not for everyone.

Excellent for the money
Just got into playing FF14 and decided I needed a mouse, this was the cheapest one of good quality which I came across and I'm impressed, battery last ages and only needs charging every few days or so and the quality and weight makes it feel the quality of a mouse you would expect to be of a higher price

Not great for some games.
i have what id call medium size hands and it felt just to big, didnt like the finger rests on the right hand side at all.i know its aimed more at mmo or rts players and its true, was awful for competitive 1st person games, plenty of buttons etc, but just fel to bulky and heavy.im sure if i "only" pld mmo games it would b perfect, but i dont.

A Mixed Bag
I don't leave reviews a huge amount but I feel a lot of the reviews on this product aren't fully indicitive of what you'll receive, plus I have a few gripes with the product, software and Amazon page. I'll bullet point my thoughts here.== The Good ==- It's a cheap-ish MMO/MOBA mouse that functions perfectly adequately. It is the minimum viable product for its category- The RGB is pretty good. Bright, colour range is good and looks as you would expect from the app== The Meh ==- The mousewheel is not clicky, it doesn't snap nicely into place when scrolled so it's easy to overscroll- The battery is definitely not 45 hours. On Eco-Mode maybe but that has no lighting save for the DPI light below the mousewheel **EDIT: I may have been too harsh here. The battery in non-Eco is actually alright. Don't know about 45 hours but it's much better than I gave it credit for)- The mouse doesn't have multiple "modes" like you'd see on other more expensive models like the RAT TE (rest in peace Madcatz) or the Razer Naga- Using the mouse while it's plugged in is likely to result in frustration as the cable will get pulled out from the charging port.== The Bad ==- The software for the mouse is, frankly, abysmal. It regularly can't find the mouse, crashes, closes itself and mis-reads the battery level- Furthermore the UI/UX for the software is very unintuitive, it's a hassle to make and save macros until you've figured it out through trial and error- The DPI keys can't be reassigned which is a real pain, I normally use those for media control so that's a pain.- The mouse will flash red at 30% battery. This is incredibly infuriating. Why, on a mouse that purports to have 45 hours of battery life, would you make it so ~13.5 hours of that battery life has the mouse flashing bright red?? Awful design choice.Overall: 4Ergonomics: 4 (a little big)Lighting: 4Software: 2Battery: 4This review is subject to change if I find out I'm wrong anywhere. Last updated: 2024-02-20
