Just as good as the H&N's but cheaper
Quality heavy grain slug, they all look perfect, pellet shape alone makes it hard for any deformation to happen, and they're short enough to fit into rotary mags on pcp rifles. You can audibly hear the difference of these guys on steel targets and they're soft enough that they mushroom nicely. My pcp likes heavier grain pellets and these almost have the grain weight of a 22lr and could easily be mistaken for one. I think they're just as good as H&N in quantity and cost less, plus you get more in a can. I got both and I'll stick with these purely for pricing reasons

Best .25 Bulk slug out there!
I shoot these out of an AEA challenger at around 900 FPS, they are devastating on small game up to coyote size. Very good BC, and fairly consistent for a bulk packaged slug. Holds moa groups out to around 200 yards for me, with very little wind hold needed. Definitely the best value in a heavy slug on the market today, they aren't nearly as hard as most "budget" slugs. They in fact expand very well. 68 Yard expansion looks the same at 100, huge energy transfer. Note that unless you can shoot these at or above 850 FPS they aren't going to give you that good of a result, try going with the 33 grain. But if you have a gun powerful enough to push these, they are great.

Awesome pellets
What I liked first is these are really accurate and hit hard as a hammer I had photos but they would not load up anyway I shot out of umerex gauntlet gen 1 and it loves these heavy weight 40 grain slugs I shot into a ac duct puddy and they mushroomed beautifully next is the only bad thing I can say is like everyone else the tin can was dented mashed up I had a hard time opening the can the first time but other than that these slugs are awesome so try these heavy weight ones where as my gun hated the 31 grain slugs from H&N so anyway for the price and count off 200 per can it's a great deal on these Apolo slugs

Good, all around slugs
I get these for my buddy. He's got a Remington break barrel air gun in .25 cal. They go hard. They'd be devastating on just about anything smaller than a deer. So coyote or smaller, I guess. We target shoot a saw blade out to about 50 yards. They PING loud as hell when they hit.

Not 40gr but group excellent and kill great
These were supposed to be 40gr they absolutely were not they are 32gr update 1-5-2026 regardless of being wrong grain the shoot excellent groups very consistent and they kill excellent son shot a coyote at 20 yards out calling dropped him in his tracks with a ear shot pretty impressive shot a few barn pigeons and instant death they expand reliably and penatration was great on game and ballistic gel

Very versatile projo and fairly accurate!
Work great in 25acp! Huge value for the money and fairly accurate, would be better with better sights. Works out to 18¢ per shot, hard to beat that in 2025.

Bang for buck
I cleaned them and wanted to love them but my umarex zelos .25 don't shoot them well.. the 33grain pellets from Apolo shoot great! I clean them as well I put them in a strainer and gently blast them with air until free of lead debris.
