KCT Large Black Tortoise Table Reptile Vivarium Cage Hide with Open Run and Lamp Arm

Brought this as its the cheapest one I've come across he goes in the garden in the summer but needed something for the colder days inside the house yes its cheap wood but went together very easy and is loads better then the tiny viv my tortoise came with hes been so happy non stop walking around since we put him in it. I put pond liner on the floor to make it waterproof and help with protecting the wood.

I recently bought my daughter to baby tortoises and that they neee a decent amount of room to be able to move around. This box is very spacious and even has what we call a bedroom which the tortoises seem to have adopted as there actual room to sleep. The box was very easy to put together and was very reasonably priced. My only complaint would be the finish on the wood could be a little better on the eye.

SO impressed with this table, at a quarter of the price (at least) as others of the same size. The easiest thing I've ever put together, very strong and sturdy. The black one which I have looks fantastic and blends in with the decor of the house. Perfect size for hatchlings and juvenile stage, or just to keep in storage for emergencies if you have a bigger setup. I thought here would be a catch with the cheap price, but honestly, there isn't one! Very happy.

Filled a short-term, inexpensive gap for tortoise that came out of brumation early, but should not be considered a permanent home because it's too small. The arm is too low for lamps and is not adjustable. If in UK and considering buying a tortoise, be prepared to spend money on making its environment suitable. As I've found out the hard way, tortoises aren't ideal pets for our temperatures and require a lot of care, space and proper lighting/housing to meet their complicated needs. Just sticking them in a tiny enclosure and leaving them to it is not right.

Great little set up for a baby hermann tortoise. Bought the smallest size for now and may go bigger once he starts to grow.

Easy to to assemble ,good size for our baby but will need to upgrade as she grows. Could do with lamp arm being a bit higher .
