Life doesn't always have to be complicated
I have their original recording tab books and some of the transcriptions are way more complicated than this book without actually making you sound like the recorded version With this book you don't have to do the finger gymnastics and yet the end result sounds good

Positiv an dem Buch ist der Versuch, die Komplexität er Coldplay Songs einfach zu gestalten. Melodie + Texte + Akkorde für die Schrammelgitarre - fertig. Dass Coldplay Tunings meist aus dem Rahmen EADGHE fallen ist ja unter Musikern hinlänglich bekannt. Schade, dass nahezu kein Song in Oiginaltonart notiert ist. Das erschwert das "Kontroll-Mitspielen" mit der CD und die Stimmung der Songs leidet auch. In Verbindung mit weiteren "Recherchen" ist das Buch ganz nett - aber nicht mehr.

I stumbled on this book by chance during the 2024 Black Friday sales and bought it on a whim. I'm SO glad I did. The tabs for the songs are perfect. Many of them have been better than the tabs I've found on Ultimate Guitar over the years. It's easy to follow along to and has made picking up some of my favourite Coldplay songs super fun. It took 2 practice sessions, and I was playing Every Teardrop is a Waterfall as if I'd been playing it for the last decade. If you're a Coldplay fan this is a must-have purchase.

It had all my Coldplay songs. Easy to follow and immediately. I have added it to my collection of music from the immortal Beatles.
