Love love love this! I have tried many food journals and other journals, this has space in it for everything I need! Gratitude and faith and Habits and food and fitness all in one! I write my food on blank page and sometimes journal a little or take notes under that but that’s what I’m looking for. (Not a journal to write all your thoughts down.)

This book is wonderful for women of any age. It is small but mighty, well organized way to spend time with JESUS and record your prayers, gratitude list, space for notes, and even incorporates the physical body and health. Would be great for women on the go. Can keep everything in one space. It is beautiful as well. Good quality. Well worth it.

I didn’t know what to expect as I usually use a more expensive journal. I absolutely love this journal and that it incorporates faith. The company uses quality binding and there is more than enough space to reflect. I was also able to decorate the cover with my Sharpies, so I really enjoyed that.

I just started using this book last week. As an avid self-guided journal user, I think this is a great one. It keeps me on track with my exercise goals, and it helps focus my mind in the morning around a motivational quote from scripture.

I’m a huge journal fan and have many journal! I keep it by my desk at work and in my purse and constant pull it out when I’m inspired to share moments of gratitude! This is such an important exercise - I wish more people understood how amazing it feels to show gratitude especially in moments when we need to feel inspired!

I love Candace Cameron's Book, Reshaping It All. Combine her book with this journal...EXCELLENT! Highly recommend both. In fact, I'm in marketing. This would be a brilliant partnership!
