Just received not sure how or if it will work. Came on time. But I know from my experience with seamoss it works. Will update as I progress.. 2 was in, taking 1 a day most days. Not consistently. I will say I am expelling mucus daily, which was a big issue for me in the mornings. I can also say, on the days I don't take it, I feel the lack of energy. Big time.
