These pull ups incontinence pants are well worth the money. Very well made, comfortable and true to size. I will certainly be ordering more of this product.

having bought this bundle 24 times so far to date, i can say im qualified to say if they are any good or not. bought these originally on the recommendation of a friend, i use them for my wife who has dementia and cannot control herself anymore, Happy so say these are great, work well in the day and overnight, they are a little on the chunky side, but they do the job and they are reasonably priced. in almost 2 years of using these, i can count the times they have leaked on one hand, so its a recommendation from me for them. ive tried a few other brands, but these are the best so far.

These I find useful at night as my bladder control is weak. To last a whole night through I find they need a pad inside as well for double absorption. Used in this way one pair can last for several nights if only the extra pad gets soaked. I have to use a grab stick to put them on and off as can’t bend down very far, if you don’t do this carefully the waist band can get ripped hence the 4 stars. I will stick with these as they do the job for me.

Had to start using these as I was bypassing catheter, have found them to be far more absorbant than the known brand ones I've tried, far less likely to leak out the side and a better fit. I had to wait 48h for a replacement catheter to be put in when it had come out and these easily handled large pees and I felt confident they didn't leak on me, unlike some other brands I won't mention by name that didn't absorb fat enough and would play over the top and insides of legs I also love that there are tips for carers and family on the back too! Feels like a brand that cares and they're the only brand I will now use

I Ordered these as they were much cheaper than other brands, so I thought I'd try them. I'm not keen on buying dual sizes, I usually have XL but the size guide given seemed ok, however I wear a size 22 or 24 depends on Seller, the sizes given were well within my size. It says upto 57" waist I'm nowhere near that size so I took a chance.....but even when stretched to the max without ripping them, they're very tight and snug and I found them uncomfortable to wear and to put on, being disabled this isn't good. They're tight across the tummy, around the waist and legs. Unfortunately I've had to revert to my usual brand and pay the extra because of this. I purchased 2 Pks to try the daytime and overnight options, the sizing is exactly the same for both just the padded area's are different. I'd need to buy the xl-xxl size for a better fit but I'm loathe to try incase the sizes are poor again, however I can't find the bigger size on Amazon anyway. They're good as far as there's no leakage or odour but it's the sizing that's off for me. I'll keep those I have left to use in emergency incase I run out. Price wise they're a very good buy, maybe go up a size if you're considering trying them. Shame I thought I'd found a bargain.

Having retired from nursing after many years I am well acquainted with the pads scene. These pads are superior to all of the well known brands and especially to those dispensed by the NHS. The absorbency is outstanding They fit well and comfortably and are designed for maximum protection and durability. Price is reasonable.

A total waste of money. I had a small leakage whilst on my way to the toilet, only to be horrified that it trickled down my leg. This is something that had never happened before and being disabled, it's something I certainly don't want or need ! The pads didn't work, so I three the lot away. I can not be cleaning myself down as well as the bathroom floor and seat, in the middle of the night.

Bought for before a hospital procedure.Did the job nicely andgave me peace of mind.Great fit,very absorbent and a good price.
