It's a spring
It's a spring. Worked well enough for the the 3D print that I used it in.

Good but not quite strong as needed.
Good product although not quite as strong as I would have wanted. I used this for a spring powered spear gun. It is more like a nerf gun. It would be nice if the seller could provide some idea of how many foot pound of energy these springs can provide for comparisons.

Too stiff
The spring that was used is too strong. You can't very easily compress it and it deforms the cabinet frame when used. I took mine apart and replaced the springs with ones that would work.

Springs worked great just what I expected.

The spring will compress, and not return to its original length so make sure you find a way to compress it, leave it compressed for a while, then measure it if you need to cut it to size. That was my mistake. I cut it to size, installed it, and now it's too short. I bought it for a replacement magazine tube spring in a lever action rifle.
