Fish shrimp plecos love these wafers there on them soon as they hit the water they don't cloud tank or dissolve fast making nasty mess on substrate they stay together expand n soften for everything to be able to nibble bits off highly recommend for all types of fish snails shrimp plecos Cory's ect.

Better than the typical algee wafers I had been feeding my pleco. The old wafers would sit on the bottom for up to 48 hours before my brislenose would latch on. The snails and shrimp only take a passing interest in the old wafers and my new albino corys passed them up and went for the shrimp pellets.These wafers are the star of feeding time. My pleco and corys go straight for them. Even the shrimp fight to get a bite. The snails only get leftovers as the wafers are gone by the time they crawl over.

A decent value, readily accepted by my catfish and plecos. Don't tend to make a big mess of the tank.

This is a very good quality product. It was too expensive to buy bottom feeder sinking tabs from the main name brand that starts with an HKR in small packets was costing me way too much and the generic spirulina type polluted my tank like crazy. I have purchased this large bulk container 4x,for use in a 75g; 35g and 10g tanks. See pics. I really like this product anf got great results with it. I only took a star off because it’s very expensive and I don’t like paying shipping. However, all similar products are expensive too, and this still comes out cheaper than buying little packets High quality product. Too good! Pleccos breeding.The 75g is too successful and now has a large amount of golden pleccos (i started with two, they were apparently M/F; they had a wild party and bred; I periodically catch a few of them and donate them to the local small tropical fish store on Saturdays) also have lots of tetras, dwarf frogs, loach, beta (can go in a social tank w 1 beta male and tetras, also have another separate social tank w two 3 females together; its not true that betas cant be in a tropical social tank, just dont mix males and females or have two males), these tabs are also great for the shells and health of my large yellow mysteries snails. All my invertebrates, crustaceans (shrimp) and bottom feeders ( very large hungry loach loves them too) love these. These mixed tabs pollute less than the generic bulk green spirulina type tabs and have wide critter appeal with a balanced diet. Dwarf Frogs will NOT eat them (frozen red worms for them), but other bottom feeders do. When I put them out the pleccos swarm and swim right over to them and latch on their popular item in the tank. Some of my larger tetras, including bleeding hearts that are two or three years old that are 2 to 3 inch fish will pick them up in their mouths and try to eat them so I think that they smell or taste appealing to the fish or put off a shrimp type out or something that the creatures are drawn to. I keep waterlines down a bit for dwarf frogs, and the pink thing is a tiger lots grown from an amazon purchased bulb. PS these blue-eyed golden dwarf pleccos are a nice choice if you want a dwarf that stays small, 4” max. To get back to the point, this is a great product. Fish like it, stays clean(er) and fish are very healthy from them. The last photo was just pictures of the product. These containers are huge and they last me quite a long time. PS I would encourage other reviewers to post pictures of your tank and fish. Everybody loves aquarium pictures if you have this kind of pet/hobby/obsession.

Great product, doesn't pollute the water, my fish love it!

The media could not be loaded. Mystery snail enjoys them. So does spotted Cory and Amano shrimp. I posted one photo and one video. The Mystery snail turned the wafer on its side and started ingesting it. The video shows it being ingested. When finished, half the wafer was eaten.

Really like this product so far. My very picky betta was actually interested in these. So glad. Hopefully he will keep being interested and eat them.

If you feel like you want to call all your creatures together for a meeting or social event, just drop one of these wafers in, and all will gather.In my tank I have shrimp, Pygmy corydoras, snails, one loach, and some tetras. They ALL come to the party.Then I have them all in one spot. I can talk to them about who is pooping too much or too little. I can tell some to stop mating and encourage others to date.It is the favorite food of all my creatures.
