LOVE this water bottle. I will say that when I first ordered it I think I was sent a used one because the Straws would not stay put on the spout. I had this problem with my previous water bottle, but that was after at least a year of daily use. I asked them to send a replacement and the new one works great. Keeps my water ice cold all day long. But be aware that after prolonged use the straw will start falling out of the lid inside your water bottle every time you set it down too hard or sometimes even just screw it in. Aside from that, it works great!

Good: Nice looking. Good Size. Keeps coffee hot. Solid.Bad: Leaks regardless of top. No point in having a lock for the top since it leaks.

I love this cup. I was worried when I read the “top heavy” review, but it feels very stable when filled. The compass in the carry strap was a pleasant surprise. This is a well made travel cup.
