Take these at night to help with night sweats. They are definitely working. The capsules are huge so not the best if you struggle taking tablets.

The capsules are a bit difficult to swallow, best to eat something and drink something afterwards, otherwise they get stuck in your throat.

Capsules are too big for me to swallow hence why I’ve only given 2* . Instead im biting into them to release the oil but the remaining capsule is not soft to swallow or chew so I spit it out. Oil may well be of good quality but I will not be buying them again and do not recommend. Waste of money.
