Nice little TV for my bedroom
Wasn't looking for anything much, just a TV to hook up to my mini NUC to watch movies, Netflix and the occasional light game. This TV exceeded my expectations, both in terms of connectivity and for picture and sound quality. I have hooked up external speakers through the toslink connector as it is in the corner of the bedroom and not the best acoustics, but sound is still quite good for the price. The vidaa software that runs on It Is very intuitive and apps are really responsive. Delivery was on time and hassle free in my case. I was also surprised at how light the TV is, coming in at just under 5kg on the table. Size wise, the screen sits in at 32" diagonal, with super narrow bezels all around.1080p is more than sufficient for me,it doesn't have HDR so maybe games that use that feature won't be great, but for the moderate amount of gaming we do at home in bed, it's more than enough

Impressive value
I am really surprised at what you can get for your money. I paid £260, for that I got a large screen, 4K HDR with pretty good picture quality, three HDMI sockets with one being EArc and plenty of settings to tweak the TV to my liking.Sure it's internal speakers are not great, but they are not terrible neither and there are options to tweak bass, equaliser, surround sound etc.You get a lot of control over the picture aswell including fine tuning gamma, colour space, temperature, lowering blue light emission, ai tuning and so much more. It's not all perfect, there is a small amount of light bleed near the edges, however that does not really bother me. Also I'm not sure if it's my soundbar or my TV, but even with EArc enabled on the TV, the soundbar will often just show Arc, I then have to cycle the EArc option in the TV settings to get it to register. Other than these little issues I can't fault it for the priceI don't use the TVs smart apps since I watch content from my shield TV, but I have had no problems with the TV recognising different content formats for audio or HDR. For my bedroom this TV is perfect. It's performance and size is just right and pleasantly surprising for the value brought to the table here.

Great TV
So far so good. Arrived safely and was able to track the delivery. Easy to set up. Not fond of the legs it comes with, they don't seem that substantial, so decided to mount it on the wall which looks much better. Easy to connect to the internet.Couldn't get the app and tv to connect at first and after looking on Google, did a wifi reset and reinstall the app and it worked.Good sound and picture quality. Already comes with BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, YouTube, Deezer and Apple TV. The remote has buttons for all apart from iPlayer but can get to that from the app, along with other installed apps such as Now TV, Channel 4 etc.Would definitely say that it is good value for money.

Don't be put off by the price!
I actually bought the Hisense TV by mistake. I'm very glad I did!I've had the TV about a month now. So far, it has been excellent in almost every way. Easy to assemble (two screws for the legs and you're good to go). I found the VIDAA app useless, manual setup was easy.Appearance wise, it's not an ultra skinny minimalist Samsung. The bottom of the frame is about 2cm wide, it doesn't detract from the overall aesthetics.Rear connections are easily accessible and secure when inserting cables. Wifi connectivity seems fast and reliable. The picture and sound quality is superb. Colour depth and brightness are very good. Blacks can be a little 'smeary' with streamed content, but this does seem very dependent and sensitive on the streaming quality. On 4K it can struggle a little bit on refresh. The remote is nothing special and a bit large. I could live without the 12 shortcuts, I'll never use most of them, for a smaller device. It works, so no real complaints.Overall, for the price, it is a brilliant TV for general streaming and movies. It has not disappointed. For 4K gaming, you get what you pay for.

Panel issues in <2 months with no warranty claims, average brightness, supports only vidaa apps
The media could not be loaded. Updating review:The TV was working fine for roughly 1+ months. In the 2nd month, we ran into a panel issue. When tried reaching out for warranty claims, hisense said that they can't cover this in warranty and they classify this as an accident. The entire tv is in brand new condition with not even a scratch, but the hisense claims it to be an accident. Very sad with my purchase and I regret buying from hisense. The product has good remote, good Bluetooth connectivity, good sound for watching tv series dialogues and average brightness interms of nits. The TV doesn't allow you to install apps like NOW etc. as it's vidaa store doesn't support it. Connecting 2.1 creative soundbar works, but gets momentarily disconnected once in a while and reconnects even when using eArc port. What hisense should focus IMO?- build quality of the TV. Instead of focusing on making the tv cosmetically pretty, please focus on making your panel better quality and also provide better strength for the entire unit. Everything else is fine for the price.I personally don't recommend this unit. If you really want to buy this unit, please buy with good insurance for 3 years.I was really honest when I went for my warranty claim and somehow the hisense team convinced me that my unit can't be repaired. Apparently the replacement of panel and labour cost will be more than the tv cost, so they didn't recommend the repair option either. Please buy TV with insurance, and go for TVs with great build quality for a peaceful ownership.
