Excellent product. My dogs love it and it’s very easy to keep clean.

This pad is really nice. You get an extra grass pad and the hard tray beneath it is pretty sturdy. Just be careful if you wash the grass pad in your washer, because it will shed pretty bad. It will still look decent but you will have a ton of shedded grass in your washer.

I bought this because my dog tore his acl, needed surgery, and winter was coming so I was worried he wouldn't be able to go into the yard through snow to do his business. Good news is surgery went well and he is still recovering and healing but going into the yard has not been a big deal because we have not had a lot of snow. With a lot of snow, he isn't supposed to trudge or jump through it until fully healed. So, I haven't actually used this grass pad yet. I may have to this coming week though as we have about 6 inches on the ground now and another 8 inches coming. I did take the pad and tray out of the box and it seems easy to use and functional for its purpose. It was decent price and worth a try. The tray and pad seem durable and in warm months I assume easy to hose off for cleaning. I had it outside a few days when I first got it and the grass pad did blow off in heavy winds. It does have plastic clips to help prevent that... in my opinion, I don't think the clips will survive the weather - though in fairness, I have not tried them yet.

If I could give this zero Stars I would. The grass pads are garbage. They are not permeable. They have very few holes in them. I had to heat up a screwdriver to put more holes in it. And even that didn't work. Even while using disposable pads underneath the grass pad, everything sits on the grass pad. So your dog will be stepping in its own pee every time it uses it. It's great that they give you two grass pads. However, you hang one up and hose the crap out of it in the shower and it still smells like pee. I sprayed it with vinegar cleaned it again. Still smells like pee. Sprayed it with vinegar and dawn, let it soak, sprayed it again. And it still smells like pee. I have cleaned the first Grass Pad eight times and it still smells like pee. The bottom is coated not permeable. I flipped it over to try to clean that side and the water rolls right off of it. Do not buy! This is a smelly piece of junk! Not worth the $80. Might as well just burn that money. Super disappointed!

The quality of this item was great. However, my dog did not like the raised "grate" layer underneath the grass. It made him think it was a bed of some kind. He never urinated on it so I cant speak to the full function of this product. But, the turf does not seem to be full permeable. It is a mat that has a limited number of holes in the bottom, Im assuming for the urine to drain into the layer below. The same is true for the raised layer. It only has a few drain holes in it. I purchased and ended up using another turf grass set up that is just in a tray, and the entire turf is permeable, so no matter where he urinates, the urine will drain through the entire thing onto a mat below. This seem to be a better function. As we never used it, I cant speak to the ease of cleaning, but it seemed pretty straight forward with washing in the washing machine. It was easy to set up, had a neutral smell out of the box, and seemed like a good item for the value. But we ended up going with another turf that was more compact, not raised, has a foldable tray, and whose turf was fully permeable.

It came on time and the measurements were correct. I would definitely recommend this product and if I need to buy another one this is the one. My dog is kinda getting use to it but it works great with being on a balcony.

I love the size of it seems to be easy to clean the sturdiness seems great it's easy to set up and easy to use now my dogs haven't used it yet but I got it for my porch for rainy days when I can't walk them they have slept on it which is a good sign that they're getting used to it and there's no smell with it I underneath put potty pads then that way I just throw the pads away and don't have to worry about pee settling on the bottom
