This is really great if you have upper back pain from costovertebral dysfunction. I wrap it across the top of my breasts as shown in the images, but it's long enough to then go around my back and connect at the front underneath my bra. This seems to stop any movement, which usually causes the sore inflammation. Before I had this item, I found doing any activity like cleaning, even standing or sitting would trigger the sore pain. Fabulous, it's changed my life!!

Great product, it’s quite wide but workable, I could cut it down the middle and still have enough material to do the job, but it’s also so long it goes round me 3 times, I have a 28 inch under bust, and am using it post breast augmentation, it does cause pain on the non dominant side where I’ve had complications but that’s normal I’m only 2weeks in and have to wear it 24/7, I unfortunately cannot due to pain in my back which again is completely normal at my surgery stage and for the type of surgery I’ve had, but it is working very well as intended, and that’s all that matters, plus my two new friends look amazing!I will need to cut and rehem one side but that’s ok because it’s so long, but if I get some more Velcro and put them on the cut offs, I’ve got three straps for the price of 1! If I cut it in half down the middle I’ve then got 6!!!What an Absolute bargain!

A little bit longer but really good compression

The band is useful and does the job (I bought for compression post surgery). But it is much too long so I need to wrap around my body to get it to fit, and I have also noticed that the band is starting to curl in some areas. That said, it works and gives a good amount of compression while still being comfortable.
