Compared to previous same products This one feels different in consistency and smell too I guess was ditched by receiving fake product But I don’t know where to raise this complaint

Bottom seal was opened
I don't know whether to trust this seller and the product as the top seal was intacted, however, bottom one was opened. This is the same case with all the LA Roche product
