The media could not be loaded.  Please do not buy this tool for passthrough connector crimping. There is no blade provided for cutting the wires while you crimp the connectors. This is only a normal RJ45 tool.

It's adjustable between cat 5 and cat7/6a. All 8 pins seated evenly and the grounding clip crimper rounded off the prongs as expected. The device operates smoothly and with little physical strength needed. The footprint and weight is less than conventional plier style termination tools. I highly recommend this tool.

I used to dread putting RJ-45 plugs on cables. It takes longer to strip and straighten the CAT 6 cable than put the plug on! I can put a plug on in less than 2 minutes now!Highly recommend!

Although the instructions regarding use for CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 could be clearer, I'm sure that those more familiar with the use of these tools would have have no confusion. After figuring out the differences via the WWW, I am able to enjoy the use of this tool. It does the job well!

I found this crimper to be very easy to use withRJ45 pass thru connectors. It puts everything you'll need in one tool. the cutter & stripper worked well. the stripper just cut thru the outer layer w/o touching the inner wires. cable ends appear to be secure.
