Definitely an attractive watch that fits comfortably (and sits flat) on the wrist - even a small wrist like mine. Has some weight to it… not uncomfortably heavy, just a solid feel. Looks as good or better in person than it does in pictures. Nice enough to wear with more formal or business attire, but also looks good with a T shirt and shorts. Very versatile. Comfortable and easy to adjust band. Designed to fit a broad spectrum of wrist sizes. I have another Boss watch and really like it, and that’s why I knew I would like this one. I have yet to figure out how to use all the functions, but the most important thing to me is the time and date. The bezzle is functional and does rotate. The description says you can use this watch to a depth of 50 meters or 164 feet... I’ll never go that deep – but good to know I could if I wanted to. You have to access the directions online, and they seem pretty straight forward, but I still can’t quite figure out some of the functions. The directions also say it will need “serviced” every 3-5 years, which I’ll probably never remember to do. Really easy to read watch face, even when I’m not wearing my glasses. After exposure to light, the dial will glow in the dark. Bottom line, it tells good time and the date & time functions are great – not sure how to use the other dials and buttons, but it looks cool and I can get it wet without any concerns. More “style” than high function (other than date/time), but I knew that going in.

I have a dozen watches, don't judge me, from really cheap ones I don't feel bad about beating up to very expensive dress watches. This watch looks as nice as the higher end watches, less the silicone band, but is extremely lightweight compared to many of the all metal watches/watch bands that I own. The price is outside of the low end band and below where my high end watches are so it's a good mid tier watch that looks nice, is lightweight and would be great for a casual night out or without someone carefully inspecting your wrist, look nice with dress clothes though a business casual or night out would be a great fit. I cant speak to the longevity of the watch but I like the weight, look and feel. It's a little pricey for the watch look and quality in my opinion so you're definitely paying for the Boss name brand but isn't that most of what watches are about anyway? This makes a nice gift if you can afford a bit more but not the big fancy name brand watches so with Fathers Day coming up in a couple of months if you're considering a nice but not bank breaking watch this would be a great choice.
