works great, easy to use but it messy, is pretty much tasteless so if your using it to create your own vitamins this is the one you need.

Very finely ground, like white flour. I add it to my protein shakes to increase my daily fiber Works! I’m no longer constipated.

I won’t give this a bad review because my husband used with no issues. Unfortunately it is one of many products that gives me hives. That’s about my body not the product.

Is ok but there are better and more consistent brands to pick from (a brand that starts with a "J" that comes in a brown paper like bag that is lined inside with plastic is much better)

Great product at a good price. Multiple orders, consistent quality. Add it to oatmeal or dissolve in water. A great choice for someone who wants to add insoluble fiber to their diet.

I use the microcrystalline cellulose powder to add insoluble fiber to my diet. It is easier to take than others I have tried and has no taste or smell. I enjoy it in my morning coffee with milk.
