Works well for office work
I brought it for my office meeting and works perfectly with Team and zoom. Earlier I was using a headset that had a cushion on it and whenever I remove it I use to think I have an indentation on my head. These headsets are perfect for long office hours. I was skeptical at first about whether to spend so much money on the headset, but it's comfortable. The only downside would be listening to music is not good. Also, others can hear the conversation if you keep the volume higher.

Pretty good - probably a 4.5
Typically, I am a Bluetooth earbud kinda guy for my work calls, connect via a mobile, into the AirPods and away we go. But there are a couple of limitations with that setup, 1st being mobile signal where I live is intermittent at best, and 2nd is battery life on the ear pods. With all meetings now being Virtual (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom etc) and the collaboration tools being aimed at the soft phone approach I thought it was worth a go.I have to say, my initial impressions of this headset for an RRP of £69.99 i was a little underwhelmed. The build quality is OK, but hardly premium. At the circa £50 price tag they are now selling at it feels more like it. They are pretty light weight - which is positive if you are going to be wearing them all day, and to be honest, I think this is exactly where this headset is aimed. Long use, call centre type environment where people will have them on all day.For that, these are perfect, light weight, relatively in-expensive and well made enough. As far as using the product, this is where the price tag begins to be easier to justify. The sound and mic quality is impressive, and I have had people actively comment on how clear i am. There is an in-line volume rocker and mute button, which Mutes the headset, but doesn't seem to mute the collaboration tool (WebEx) that I am using - no massive issue but its possible to fall foul of the dreaded double mute (new phrase for 2020 it seems)...The cable length i think is sufficient at over 2m, i can move around enough so that I don't feel chained to my desk - OK i can't go make a cuppa (unless i take my laptop with me) but if i want to do that that's when i swap back to the bluetooth AirPods approach i mentioned earlier. The only small negative is that my ears seem to get rather warm when using, and due to the double earpiece this can be a bit uncomfortable after a while. You can pull one side off your ear, but then they don't feel fully balanced. Only a small niggle - and maybe as the winter sets in i will be glad of it :)I will definitely continue to use these, they have made my video calls easier, not having to worry about poor mobile signal or battery life of my AirPods. I would have liked to give them a 4.5 - but that's not an option, and its only on a few small points where they fall down.In summary, if you are looking for a great sound quality, simple and easy to use headset for a soft phone or remote collaboration then this is a great option and for the cash (despite the slightly sub-premium build quality) is actually probably a pretty good deal.

Lightweight with quality.
This has certainly been the year for getting a good quality headset with so many now working from home than ever but also where many are also using their PC for so much more now such as catching up on TV or watching videos etc. This offering by Jabra certainly ticks a lot of important boxes. It comes cleanly packaged with ecofriendly wrapping i.e. none of the old shrink-wrapped, impossible to remove plastic so prevalent of headsets in the 90s. You just get the headset plus a simple small pictorial instruction sheet along with the obligatory safety booklet (5 times the volume of the instructions coming as most do in 5 languages or more). The headset is indeed lightweight and has stereo ear pads which definitely improves sound quality in my view. They're very comfortable and the standard ratchet for sizing is easy to work by a simple pull/push on either side. I've quite a small head size, and often find stereo headsets uncomfortable as many are just too tight for me. They're also just as comfortable whether you prefer the mic boom on the left or right. And like most, the mic just easily clicks into position within a 180 (semi-circle) arc of usage. You then have an inline volume control which also has a mute option on the microphone.Volume is good but as a lover of loud music, which has apparently already destroyed much of my hearing (I've now got tinnitus as a result!), I'm intrigued by the manufacturer stating that "Jabra's PeakStop technology instantly removes any harmful loud sounds before they even reach your ears keeping the sound level in the safe range" - I'd imagine you'll just have to take their word for that, as I would be wary of pushing up the volume for anything other than speech while wearing headsets now - all that sound has a much greater capacity for doing damage in a "closed" environment, as opposed to "open" sound but ultimately it would be great if they do indeed work towards hearing protection in some way. That measure would certainly make them more worth the cost than anything else. The only negative I can put towards them is the clunky size of the inline controller. I've had many's another headset much cheaper than these which have managed to provide a controller much smaller, thinner & lighter than this one with nicer controls too, but that's really the only small thing I can bring against them. Overall, a good quality headset that will certainly make working from home more comfortable than otherwise.
