This product works as advertised to hold the core and spine upright to relieve back pain. Definitely a product for those who don't have core strength. Otherwise, just hold in your tummy and sitting upright or standing tall will accomplish the same pain lessening outcome. Advice: While standing or sitting - pull your legs together activating the "adductor muscles of the inner thigh/leg". You should feel your lower abdomen engage and your lower back engage to hold you upright and lessen back pain.

This product really helped relieve my lower back pain, especially while golfing and doing yard work.

Did not work. As it expands it slides up and over your skin without stretching your spine. And I tried it with multiple tightness.

Works wonderful not real comfortable

I found this back belt a little complicated to use especially since there were no instructions in the package (Might just be a fault in my package though). Once I figured it out and was able to piece it together, Its very comfortable, support is decent. Definitely a great thing to have when lifting heavy objects. Basically doubles for good support when lifting.

This thing works great a lot better than an elastic brace
