Ran out of drops in another kit. This replaced the Clorine and pH solutions. Works as expected.

The hot tub test kit was as expected, as I have used this brand before. Also will probably use it again

I purchased this water test to measure the chlorine and pH balance in our hot tub spa, and it works as I expected it would. I marked it down one star, because the test kit requires you to use five drops of solution in each vial (some kit only use four drops of solution), so with daily testing the solution vials will empty more quickly and need to be replaced more often (this is not a big deal but worth noting). Also, the quality of testing kit reservoir is marginal, as they seem to develop a foggy appearance after being placed in the water, as if the seal along the vial is leaking. It's not a major deal, but can sometimes make it challenging to read the results accurately, which are based on color gradients (shades of yellow for chlorine and shades of orange for pH). So, I need to leave the container lid open so the vial can completely dry. Overall, this kit is easy to use and a good value for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just wanted basic test kit. This one was not worth the money - 'colour standards'. are just about impossible to read - You will not get "highly accurate results" using this kit you will not know it what your results are - by the time I used it return window had shut. Now I'm back to using my old kit & this one is in the trash.

Accidentally left in sun once but was closed. It was a 105 degree day. Since then I kept showing no chlorine in my pool. I could smell it so took a sample and local pool store said I had to much chlorine. So, I'm assuming the sun day caused the issue.
