This is a nice bracelet with a stainless steel barbell, the beads are made from lava rock, and the inner bit is elasticated so the bracelet expands and can be put on your wrist very easily. I would say the bracelet is about 2 inches in circumference and fully elasticated probably well over 7 inches, so it should fit most men as well, even with a bigger wrist. I counted the beads, which by the way, are all highly polished and very smooth, there are 23 small beads and a stainless barbell, on the barbell you have written "live" and "lift", so a weightlifting theme, but anyone can wear this bracelet. The bracelet is great to wear, I believe in the power of nature and being close to it, so wearing this bracelet in my view brings you closer to nature and its healing and calming properties. So if you like this sort of thing then this bracelet is ideal for you. The price is not that high either, I think it presents good value, so am happy to give this bracelet five stars.

Got this for my son who likes his bracelets. He wears a few at a time, so this being light weighted lava stone was welcome, and it looks good next to his other bracelets. He wasn’t sure the dumbbell, but actually you can’t really tell what it is unless you look close, or are told what it is. Good strong elastic that stretches enough to go over hands big and small.

Looked nice but fell apart quickly. Cheap elastic under the beads. Rubbish.

Great little bean bracelet with what looks like a small dumbbell, beads are black in colour and shiny but it does put my hairs out when it rolls about. Excellent value for money.
