good flavor, texture after cooking stays like cardboard.
Purchased these for an India curry recipe. They worked fine for flavor but never really softened up enough to eat. (The recipe called for fresh, who has fresh curry leaves? I thought these would work) I ended up picking these out of the curry after serving it. Next time I will remove them before serving.
