Exactly what I wanted. They come in different resistance bands, and the cuffs are adjustable. I started using them for my leg workouts and it really makes a difference in where you feel the most work was put in. Where I would do them everyday without these, I needed a break right after lol. It comes with a little booklet for where you can use these in your exercises.

are you tall
i’m so confused by the reviews! is no one very tall? lol i’m only 5’11, but even with the lightest resistance, i can’t do any exercises correctly or in their entirety: meaning, i could absolutely never do the lunges as i can barely get my legs apart in the first place, nevermind that far from each other. when i try back kicks, it’s the tiniest little baby kick because the cords are so short. maybe it’s just me? but i find it annoying. otherwise, i’m still using it and doing the incomplete exercises to see if it does make a difference.
